Each rash has different appearance and different distribution.Each  of these lesions can have  central clearing but sub-acute cutaneous lupus can be widespread and annular  lichen planus less so. Their picture differs a  lot.

Unlikely ..: Frequency of chronic autoimmune thyroiditis may be increased in patient with autoimmune disorder( connective tissues disorders) but positive autoimmune antibodies ARE COMMON IN GENERAL POPULATION. Another part of the relationship is that due to drugs used to treat connective tissues disorder ( as Lupus)  can affect thyroid function . Consult your MD.

You need a dermatology evaluation because  different rashes need  different  therapies. If the rash is from lupus that needs  direct  attention. There are  topical, oral and injection therapies and specific rashes need  specific rx.
