May be wrong label: If a condition does not respond to normal treatment measures, the diagnosis may be in error.There are other skin conditions that can mimic ringworm and further testing including proper  scraping or biopsy may be needed to confirm or exclude the diagnosis.

Possibly : If you do indeed have a fungal infection , commonly referred to as ringworm , you could develop a skin reaction called an "id" reaction.

Reactive node: The lump is most likely a reactive lymph node that tends to enlarge from pea sized to bean sized when stimulated by such things as skin rashes/bug bites/viruses & the like. They usually stay enlarged while stimulated & recede when not.Takes 3-4 weeks to settle down. Your doc can confirm this.

i have spots of ringworm mimicking rashes on my neck, stomach and chest. some are a hollow circle others are just dots. they don't itch or anything. ?

Ringworm: Ringworm is a common fungal infection of the skin and is not due to a worm. The medical term for ringworm is tinea. Ringworm is contagious. It is treated with over the counter creams, usually resolving in 2 to 4 weeks. In extreme cases, oral anti-fungal agents are used.

Have area seen...: It is impossible to diagnose a rash without seeing it.  Since the antifungal creams aren't helping, I would recommend you see your primary care doctor or a dermatologist to determine the cause and direct care.

Yes.: was thinking mycostatin--good for yeast but not ringworm.  Monistat is  effective against both

Ringworm: Just because it does not itch, it doesn't mean that it is not ringworm. Buy over the counter antifungal medication to see if it works

Still possible.: Could still be it.  Could be something else as well.  Unless you are immunocompromised a topical anti fungal such as terbinafine or miconazole should work well. Talk with your local pharmacist and use as directed.
