More stones?: It's possible you still have some stones in the foot or the puncture may have damaged some of the foot anatomy. I would recommend another x-ray and follow up with a foot specialist.

Neuropathy: Peripheral neuropathy causes that type of discomfort in the feet and toes. The causes include diabetes, vit b12 and other deficiency, certain toxins,medication side ieffects,malnutrition as well as other neurologic disease. A  neurologist is best qualified to evaluate,advise you and order the appropriate tests.

Buttock pain: may be related to sciatic neuritis and foot pain may be related to lumbar nerve irritation,. You must be examined, obtain x rays and an MRI of your LS spine. I suggest using OTC Aleve (naproxen) ( if not allergic) at a dose of 1 tablets every 8 hrs until seen by a physician. Local heat and BioFreeze cream will help relieve pain.

More likely nerve ro: The commonest cause of pain running from your back down a leg is nerve root pain. Let your pcp examine you but you may also need to see a specialist like an orthopedic surgeon or a neurosurgeon depending on the findings. If the pain is constant or frequent, see your pcp soon.

Foot/back pain : In order for you to have a confident answer, see a doctor in person. A few things come to mind. Your back seems like it can cause all these concerns. If can be a problem with nerves, muscles, joint assignment, foot function. I am concerned about lumbar spinal stenosis
