Buttock pain: may be related to sciatic neuritis and foot pain may be related to lumbar nerve irritation,. You must be examined, obtain x rays and an MRI of your LS spine. I suggest using OTC Aleve (naproxen) ( if not allergic) at a dose of 1 tablets every 8 hrs until seen by a physician. Local heat and BioFreeze cream will help relieve pain.
