No: Heart issues usually refer to left arm with usually chest and referred left arm pain, and rarely tingling.  Your right arm issues more likely due to nerve proximally or distally.  See your family doctor if persists or gets worse.

L arm pain: Given the background, history, age/gender likely the isolated event was GI etiology though I'd suggest an ECG and cardiovascular risk assessment driven further evaluation

No: Your symptoms do not suggest a heart problem. The arm and neck pain sounds musculoskeletal, perhaps a pinched nerve in the neck. The foot problem could also be irritation of a nerve in teh leg. You would need an examination to pinpoint the problem.

Must call the doctor: A person who thinks he may be having a heart attack and has arm or shoulder symptoms without a good reason or explanation, can see his doctor or the ER to be checked. That means not waiting at home to see if he is right or wrong. It could turn out to be a lung problem, a bone or muscle problem, a nerve problem, or an acid reflux problem, but a heart problem is very serious. Better safe than sorry.

Right forearm: Though unusual these symptoms could be cardiac in etiology ,the differential is long so get a detailed evaluation.

: What you described suggests  a musculoskeletal issue and not heart disease. Try warm compressed on your shoulder and if that does not help, it would be prudent to see a doctor for an evaluation.

so i woke in the middle of the night with severe right arm pain with nausea it lasted about 25 minutes later on about 6 hours later then pain came back for about 2 hours now again currently it back could i possibly be having a heart attack?

: Please see your physician. These symptoms may indicate a cardiac condition, and the cause of the pain should be determined. Watch for dizziness,shortness of breath and avoid meals two hours or less primary prior to bedtime.
