Must call the doctor: A person who thinks he may be having a heart attack and has arm or shoulder symptoms without a good reason or explanation, can see his doctor or the ER to be checked. That means not waiting at home to see if he is right or wrong. It could turn out to be a lung problem, a bone or muscle problem, a nerve problem, or an acid reflux problem, but a heart problem is very serious. Better safe than sorry.

Heart disease and stroke can be present together. The right arm issues could be consistent with transient ischemia, and if secondary to large neck blood vessels, or even smaller arteries, could be treated and reversed if caught in time. So, do not hesitate, go to hospital ER
