24 y.o. m. daily intermittent low grade fevers up to 100f and hot flushes/burning sensations. normal bloods, seen by every specialty, neg for infec., tb, rheu, hema, cardio, neuro, etc. minor elevated sed + crp. autoinflam meds dont help. any help?

have sle. rheu put me on celebrx. pain subsided. now reoccured in r leg only &gettin worse. doc added steroid for two weeks.  any other advices?

Not enough info: Where in the leg is the pain? What are the characteristics of the pain etc, etc? What does the exam show? Without specifics, no advice can be given other than to see if the Prednisone works and discuss with your doctor.

if rf is less than 14 what is the possibility of rheu arthritis? and if meds are prescribed can they be used on as-needed basis depended on when pain is present or not. doc appt in a month. mri showed inflammation in wrist tendon. bone intact no prob?

Joint and/or paresth: this could be joint, this could be paresthesia, could be myofascial pain, and the fact that it's not neurologic makes it more likely to be paresthesia. We can see this in a variety of settings including fibromyalgia. You need to discuss this with your physician and see a rheumatologist to help clarify if it's joint, paresthesia or a combination.

what is apca blood test when checking for ra?  my sed rate rheu factor and c reactive protein are all normal. i have stiff fingers and swollen tendons like trigger fingers in am.

Not know abbreviatio: There are a variety of tests we  use. I do not know that abbreviation but ccp or cyclic citruilline antibodies are also tested. It is found in about 60 % of people with RA and is sometimes  found in other  conditions.

rheu arth appt nx month. pcp ordered ra test came less than 14. autoimmune disease came out neg. i understand ra doc do more in depth blood tests for ra. any chance they will come out positive? mri on wrist show inflammation. fell 5,6 times wrists?

: Rh Arthritis causes arthritis of the hand joints, usually  is in more than 3 joints, causes AM stiffness, positive RF and positive CCP test. If you don't have these then your chances of having it are low. If there is a history of fall than trauma ought to be considered. Good luck

Obesity: you need a multidisciplinary approach. Diet is the primary action, reducing the calorie intake, persisting with the diet and exercise up to 5 hrs moderate exercise per week and psycho social factors addressed to stick with the planUnfortunatelty it is is a life time battle. Based on the severity of the problem some medicines may be an option. Good luck

should i be concerned for my baby's welfare if i am rhesus negative?

No: If you are rh negative, you should get a shot of Rhogam if you have bleeding during pregnancy, at 28 weeks and after birth if your baby is rh+. During pregnancy, some of the baby's blood passes to the mother. If the baby is +, the mom develops antibodies to rh. They won't affect the current baby but can attack the red blood cells with the next baby if it is rh+. That can cause stillbirth.
