i did recently a enoscopy and in the result it says: duodenal mucosal atrophy but no pathology. 
can it still be celiac disease? what else can it be?

if an addendum is made to lab report based on most recent pathology results, can i assume that i should follow the updated rec on the addendum in bold? pre-biopsy result suggested 1 mo. follow-up if benign but w benign result, dr just says 6 mo f/u?

: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, follow the report in the addendum.

Unclear data: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, the data you provided does not seem to add up. What did serum and urine protein electrophoresis show? You wish to talk to the pathologist of the lab that did the tests.

i had a total hysterectomy i had my first visit after surgery and got my pathology results it says serous borderline tumor/atypical proliferative ?

Pathology results: Your pathology report results listed are incomplete. The "borderline serous tumor" is probably ovarian in nature. The "atypical proliferative" is presumptively, the endometrium. Please go over the complete results with your treating GYN MD who did the hysterectomy and he/she can give you a accurate interpretation and what to do about any follow up if needed.

hi doctor, i repeated a 4th gen hiv test at 48 days and it's negative, is it conclusive? also, on the results from the pathology under "type of test" says hiv-non commercial and then hiv 1/2 ag/ab negative, is it a reliable 4th gen test? thank you?

: Yes, that is a completely reliable AgAb ("4th generation") test, and all such tests are conclusive when done more than 45 days after the last possible exposure. No exceptions exist other than treatment with anti-HIV drugs.

Your doctor: Pathology reports are generally sent to the doctor requesting the test.  Reports are not usually sent to the patient directly, as all lab reports need to be interpreted in the context of the total health picture.  Most blood lab tests are reported the same day. Tissue reports often take 2-7 days or longer, depending on the complexity of examination.

slides were sent to johns hopkins for pathology consultation. results -high grade differ vin. surgical  pathology- no vin. why are the results differe?

Expert opinion: It is not uncommon for two experts to have different opinions. In your case you need follow up care and may need repeat biopsy after a few months/year. Just know that there is no cancer detected. Even under the more abnormal report, it only warrants repeat testing.

if your colonoscopist did not give you a date when pathology should be back for your biopsy or he doesn even say there was a biopsy taken did he take1?

Very likely: It is very likely a biopsy was taken.  Most labs report out within 48 hours.  Just call and ask.

pulmonologist: See a doctor of pulmonology asap.  You need treatment.  Tb is reportable and usually the local health office will follow up and any positive cultures for tb.
