Perfectly fine: Taking birth control pills does not have a significant impact on your ability to get pregnant in the future and you become fertile within days after taking your last pill.  On the other hand, it is important to keep in mind that your ability to get pregnant decreases with each year you age.   The decline is slight in your 20's but getting pregnant gets much harder in your late 30's and early 40's.

Fertility Specialist: Reproduction takes two people, and hopefully we will never technologically advance to the point of only needing one person (as that would be unnatural). So, if happily married and having sex 1-2 times a day during the fertile days near midcycle for 9 months and still no pregnancy, look for a Reproductive Endocrinologist or Fertility Specialist to diagnose any issues in each person, and solve them.

Child : Needs full evaluation by the school, put it in writing and send certified to principal of the the school, requesting full team evaluation and IEP, for your child..they should be required by law within a certain timeframe to respond to you. You child would be tested in all areas and a special educational plan made ,best!

RPR test: Might or might not. Was it + before? Did you have chancer? Did they swab it and see the little squiggly things in the pus?  Do you know if  your partner at the time was + or has developed the Syph?  Has he she or it gone mad? Usually takes longer than 5 years.  Trust you are wearing a condom (rubber) now.

Absolutely!: You most likely have viable sperm still. You have already proven that you can do it by having your 5yo. The fact that your wife is still in her 30s is great, because the risks of pregnancy and baby-trouble in 40yo mothers is much greater. I would say, "go for it!".

Depends on local H2O: The Fluoride recommendations are based on the content in the local water supply, which  varies considerably throughout the country. For areas with < 0.3 ppm in drinking water or kids never consuming local water in any form, the recommended dose is 0.5mg. For areas with 0.3-0.6ppm; 0.25mg. For areas with > .6ppm supplements are avoided. Problems of excess can occur if kids swallow Fluoride toothpaste.

Small chance: The only way to minimize chance for your child to get Measles from the recent exposure, you should get your child the second MMR at the earliest convenience.
