Suture issues: Probably a little early  especially if you are right handed (using your fingers more).    Ideally at least 10 days depending on the circumstances - a nice clean wound heals faster.    The redness is your body reacting to the sutures and possibly to sutures placed deep (they absorb).   I would try to hold out for at least another 2 days

: The sutures are placed to keep food and debris from entering the wound site and causing an infection. Also to control bleeding and connecting tissue to promote healing. No stitches placed delays healing and allows area to be contaminated.

Let a pro do it: Removing stitches isn't rocket science, although sometimes can be harder if there are scabs or hidden stitch. However, having them removed by a medical professional allows them to make sure the wound is healing well, & that surrounding tissue doesn't get injured in the process. Shouldn't be any charge if removed by same provider that put them in.

Check instructions: I am virtually certain this information was supplied to you in your discharge papers from the hospital. If you don't have those you can call and have them reissued, or contact the surgeon's office for follow up information.

had a shirodkar cervical cercleage as a precaution. when this is removed at 28 to 35 weeks, will anasthesia be required again in theater to remove the stitch? had general anesthesia when inserting the cercleage.

Vertigo: Vertigo is not a typical symptom one gets after surgery or atypical symptom after delivery. If you are taking Narcotic pain medication it could be a side effect of that. Consider seeing an ENT or your primary care doctor for an evaluation of vertigo.
