Maybe...: A hernia formation, depending on the size of incision or size the the instruments used at your surgery. Painful tangle of nerve endings (neuroma) also possible. Infection unlikely this long after surgery. Would need to have a physical examination to tell what the possibilities could be.

"Stretch marks" ?'s: Stretch marks from sudden loss of weight or post pregnancy are really tears in the elastic portion of the skin, and there is no medication remedy.  Surgery to remove the stretched skin may be considered, but see your gyn physician for guidance.

Chest tube removal: It probably is similar to receiving as shot. If some one is anxious, pain medication can be given prior to removal.

Gynecomastia: If you're describing male breast tissue, we call this as gynecomastia. It's due to an excess of estrogen relative to testosterone. You might be able to avoid surgery by exercising enough (and eating healthy) to lose fat & increase t. Failing that, go see a board certified plastic surgeon.

Normal: Chest tubes are painful as it is, and when removed , residual pain is not common. If it doesnt get gradually better or you become acutely short of breathe, then a repeat chest xray would be needed.

Irritation of the di: The call bladder is connected to the liver. Just above it is the diaphragm. The procedure to remove the gall bladder can irritate the diaphragm and the tissues around the liver. When irritated, pain happens. It is just temporary,  but if continues call your doctor.

Depends...: ...On how fit the woman is, how extensive the proposed surgery is.  If she is a marathon runner with no health issues and surgery is uncomplicated, she would have a very high survival rate.  If she is wheel-chair bound with multiple health issues, the surgeon would likely shy away from attempting any significant procedure.

is it possible the gas they put in you for gb removal to cause a popping in the chest near heart that happens when lean   forward its heard & felt?

The sensation: is most likely from residual air left after your procedure. If your symptoms continue speak with your Surgeon!

SEE A DOCTOR: Two very different issues. Gynecomastia is enlarged breast tissue and should not necessarily be lopsided or a painful mass. Go get this evaluated as soon as possible.. ADHD need to be evaluated to see if you have the signs and symptoms
