my hemogram report says :alert !!! anisocytosis,    what is this ..is this serious and do i need to go for any treatment for this?

Need more info: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, if that is the only abnormality, it is not anything to be concerned about. If your hemoglobin is normal and WBC count is normal, I would not worry. Why did you have the test done?

If both are: Reported that would indicate a blood smear with size and color variation in the red blood cells.  While a potential sign of a "stressed" marrow, it would be an over call to say this in and of itself is "bad.".

B12, Folate (folic acid): B12 and folate (folic acid) levels when low can cause large mean cell volumes (mcv). It might be wise to have your physician check out your B12 and folate (folic acid) level.

Red cell morphology: Ovalocytes are red blood cells which have lost their normal biconcave shape. Anisocytosis means that the red cells are of different non-uniform shapes and sizes. These findings are used in conjunction with other elements of your blood count to classify anemia and identify possible causes. Those can include a variety of things that damage rbcs or interfere with their proper maturation.

Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, 1+ anisocytosis is not a cause for concern. CK elevation can occur from just having exercised before blood was drawn. Why were these tests done? Do you have any symptoms?

Non-specific: If you total red cell count and hemoglobin were normal, I would ignore these findings. It just refers to the shape and cell size variation.

Anemia: Anisocytosis is a large variation in the size and shape of the red blood cells (They are usually smooth, uniform and disk-shaped).  Hypochromia means that the red blood cells are pale because they contain too little hemoglobin (the oxygen carrying molecule of the red blood cell).  These findings are consistent with a moderately severe iron-deficiency anemia.  Hopes this info helps!

Many symptoms: Sorry, but you apparently cannot recover yourself . You must see your doctor as soon as you can.
If there is a delay you should probably have someone take you to the nearest Emergency facility.
