B12, Folate (folic acid): B12 and folate (folic acid) levels when low can cause large mean cell volumes (mcv). It might be wise to have your physician check out your B12 and folate (folic acid) level.

What could be the cause of elevated WBC count (11,000-19,000 fluctuating) and elevated platelets (450ish) for over a year? No infection or obvious symptoms present. And how much can a WBC count fluctuate in one day? MCHC CRP MCH MCV all in range?
