Need more info: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, if that is the only abnormality, it is not anything to be concerned about. If your hemoglobin is normal and WBC count is normal, I would not worry. Why did you have the test done?
