pain under the right breast, below the right armpit, the right backside, right shoulder blade and right top shoulder. sometimes the pain goes intense and sharp, but mostly dull. is this a referred pain from any of my organs. it has been about a year?

: Yes visceral organs can rarely refer pain to these parts of the body (usually they're just beneath the diaphragm like the liver/gallbladder), however many other neurologic/orthopedic conditions can cause similar discomfort. Your situation needs a thorough physical exam that involves the abdomen, cervical/thoracic spine, brachial plexus, and discussion of other symptoms to indicate where to scan

what's the difference between radiculopathy and referred pain?

1 is subset of other: Radiculopathy is specifically a problem with a spinal nerve root (like in math, radical = square "root").  Referred pain is one that is experienced distant from its source.  Radiculopathy is a form of a referred pain.  An example is an irritated nerve root in the lower back can cause pain in the foot.

Probably muscle spas: If you are a healthy man with no illnesses and experience pain in your side during sex, you are having a muscle spasm.

See your dentist: Have an examination to check for an infection, an injury, or periodontal (gum) disease, and get treatment if necessary. If you have an infection, the pain will reoccur.
If you are clenching (bruxism--chronic grinding and/or clenching the teeth), your dentist can diagnose this and suggest an appropriate treatment.

Pain with sex: There are many possibilities.  The most likely source of the pain are the uterus, fallopian tubes, ovary or colon. You need to report this to your doctor and get an examination including a pelvic examination to determine the cause and then you can be given proper treatment.

Referred pain: As you may know, referred pain means that the origin of it is somewhere else.  Please see your doctor and ask him/her its source.  Then you can get it treated.  You can also ask about the late John Sarno, MD and then search for him online.  He has a mind-body approach to pain once the source is diagnosed.  Peace and good health.

Possibly: It is possible to have nerve irritation referred to the pelvic area from LS dysfunction; however, to be safe and prudent, get a GYB pelvic exam

had a rc 6wks ago & then had tooth behind rct pulled & now rct hurts. is it possible this is just referred pain in nerves from extracted tooth.

Possible: But after six weeks the pain from the extraction should have subsided. There's a strong possibility it's coming from the tooth with the root canal treatment, but the dentists/specialists know your situation the best and are better prepared to give you the answers you seek. It's up to them to determine the cause.

Normal?: Testicles start off in the abdomen and drop down into the scrotum.  The brain still 'sees' testicular pain as coming from the abdomen.

i suspect pudendal neuralgia. drs disagree because the pain is throughout, not strictly 1 side. is it possible 1 side could cause referred pain? 35/m

Not likely: These nerves do not cross the midline, so having pain referred from one anatomic side to another really wouldn't make sense. It is possible you could have similar problems on both sides or a problem higher up.
