the septum in my nose is bright red and painful. no trauma, bleeding or sores to the area. my face hurts, skin is dry as well as eyes and mouth. what can i do to make the pain and redness go away?

Dry skin: Are you talking about the skin IN the nose or on the outside between the nostrils as well as skin on the face? I would recommend trying vaseline or Eucerin Aquaphor for the dry skin.

my friend got trauma right eye by leaf, after she got watering n redness.her vision is normal.what should i do?

Symptom free?: If her symptoms are gone after a day or so, then i would do nothing.  If the redness or tearing persists, or certainly if the vision is not normal, then she should see an ophthalmologist.

Subconjunctiva blood: This sounds like a subconjunctival hemorrhage or bleed.  It is not sight threatening.  Typically painless with possible irritation or foreign body sensation. If you really do have pain; however,  you should see your doctor.

was playing basketball and received trauma to the eye causing subconjunctival hemorrhage. more than half the white of my eyes are now red. is it safe to continue weight lifting during this. injured today?

: I'd avoid such straining for fear of aggravating your subconjunctval hemorrhage. Further blood vessel rupture could occur. Wait until clearing of the blood from the white of your eye.

my boyfriend struggles with an eye issue. he was hit in the head as a child and now his eye reacts to light by going lazy, red, blurry, pain, waters, cloudy. hes had it since he had blunt force trauma to his head?

: Head trauma can damage the optic nerve. Some healing can occur over several years, but if he has had this since he was a child, there is a high likelihood that the damage is permanent. He can minimize these effects by wearing darkened, corrective lenses. He should consult a opthalmologist (eye MD) for evaluation.

See a doctor: Bruising without trauma needs to be explained. Some medications, for example, aspirin, can cause easy bruising.  Some blood disorders can cause easy bruising. Please see your doctor for examination and appropriate tests.

i have what i would describe as a little pimple on my eyeball. i have tried putting in eye drops, it takes the red away for a few hours and then it comes back.

it isnt very itchy or painful and there was no trauma.

Eye pain: Yes. Sudden onset eye pain that is persistent and progressive needs ER eval asap.

Eyelid redness: Blepharitis is caused by blocked up oil glands which lead to inflammation.  Inflammation lead to bleed vessel dilation, fluid accumulation, and secondary puffiness/redness.
