Dermatographism: some get red raised areas on their body after exercise and after rubbing the skin.  I believe this is histamine induced from the mast cells.  Either,way, do not worry about it. It may be harder to allergy test you due to this reaction.  If you have allergies and want to get tested, you will need to get your blood drawn. Good luck and feel better.

Hand foot mouth dise: Both 'sores' in posterior pharynx and ' exudates' in posterior pharynx--- cause sore throat. If you have sores or ulcers then it is herpangina ( a viral illness), if it is exudates; need throat culture to distinguish between strept throat and mononucleosis.

my 6 year old son has red splotches on his arms that itch it almost looks like hives of some sort. what can i do?

How long?: Need to know how long he has had it, how long do these itchy blotches last. You may try putting him on an antihistamine 2x daily to see if this helps.  If the problem persists beyond 6 wks, consider seeing an allergist.  If the blotches last more than a few days or leaves a discolored area, they are not hives which usually go away within hours.

mostly everytime i take me a shower i get red splotches on my arms and they itch, and now when i get into a swimming pool i get red splotches on my arms and they itch, what can be causing this?

Aquagenic Urticaria: There is a type of physical urticaria called aquagenic urticaria. But it could also be due to a separate physical urticaria. Red poop: Likely from the watermelon but a hemocult test would prove that for sure. The blotches sound like hives and may be related to an allergy. Antihistamines may help. All the best.

Possibly viral: You may have a viral infection if this lasts less than a few days. If the problem is prolonged then you will need to see your doctor to get a work-up.  Any fever or other symptoms?

See details: It is difficult to give specific advice without being able to visualize the shoulder. The one thing i can say is this does not sound like a strain. You need an orthopedic evaluation if you have not had one already. Given the severity of the problem a more thorough evaluation is essential and an MRI should be seriously considered.

Hard to know: More information is required to give an educated opinion (more background info, better description or rash/picture, any laboratory studies, etc).  A thought that comes to mind is polyarteritis nodosa, which occurs with inflammation of the blood vessels. It is a form of autoimmunity that may be triggered by certain infections. Often presents with lacy violet/red rash and painful joints or skin node
