Allergies : Allergies cause red eyes and skin. Cold compress can relieve the swelling and redness.   Cetaphil or eucerin cream can help with dry skin around the eyes.  Over-the-counter allergy medicine, such as loratidine (claritin) or cetrizine (zyrtec)  should be taken to stop the overall allergy.  Over the counter eyedrops help relieve eye itching: zaditor (ketotifen) is a good eye drop for this.

Facial flushing: facial flushing is usually a symptom of an underlying medical condition or reaction to certain substances.
A healthcare provider can diagnosis flushing after an exam. Since facial flushing  can be from a medical problem or allergy additional test may be necessary to determine the cause of the symptom. some causes include:alcohol,allergy,drugs,emotions,food additives,weather, to name a few

: Well you might get better! Not a bad side effect. ;-).  This short term burst of steroids should not likely cause and side effects unless you are allergic to it.  Go to Drugs.com and review possible side effects. And then discuss with Dr and decide if possible side effects are more bothersome in you than your red swollen eyes. Discuss.

Dermatitis: It depends on what is really going on and should be seen by a doctor. It could be contact dermatitis, allergic dermatitis, seborrheic dermatitis, Lupus, Rosacea, and other etiologies. Each condition would be approached a little different in regards to work-up and treatment.

Eczema: Sounds like dry skin and eczema. Try using a daily moisturizer and apply over the counter Hydrocortisone cream twice a day. If it continues see your doctor.

Allergies: At this time of year, there are many things floating around in the air that can irritate the eyes.  If you do not treat these problems, they can last for months.  Try using artificial tears 4x/day in both eyes.  You can also use the OTC allergy drop, 'Zatidor' - this is 2x/day.

Nothing: Most likely this will resolve by itself within one week after migraine completely resolve. No treatment needed.

Depends.: It all depends on the cause and in your case a contact allergy to facial preparations or rosacea (when one flushes easily and often) may be some of the causes.  Since Hydrocortisone cream has not helped, see an allergist or dermatologist.
