Can happen but: not common in all , will heal in couple of wks, and pain will go away once heals completely , don't worry you will be fine.

: "Acute and chronic " inflammatory changes indicate both healed and healing changes.  A leep cone biopsy specimen may show evidence of recent inflammatory inflammation but also show older changes with some resolution of  inflammation. This is a microscopic picture from a pathologist's examination of the specimen.

Healing: The pericardium has been injured in some way, perhaps by surgery or there may be a healing infection. What is means most of all is there isn't tumor.

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests.  There may be an embedded foreign body that is promoting granulation tissue. If you are diabetic, it may constitute and emergency. Even if you are not diabetic, it would be prudent to see a doctor.

i have an ingrown toenail. the infections seems to have gone away but i have hypertrophic granulation tissue. will it go away? is it okay to have?

Depends.: As an ingrown toenail becomes worse, it will set off the body's inflammatory response to it. Redness, swelling and pain will start. The granulation is in response to the increased tissue irritation caused by the ingrowing nail. The tissue may or may not become infected as bacteria is allowed to enter the tissue. Clearing the infection may not be enough to resolve this issue. See a specialist.

Salt water gargles: will help prevent infection and encourage healing after a tooth extraction.  Granulation tissue, which is part of the natural healing process, can look concerning to the untrained eye.  Surrounding redness and/or worsening pain are common signs of infection.

after  jaw joint replacement surgery what can be done if forming granulation tissue?

Nothing: As long as the granulation tissue is not interfering with the jaw movement or causing discomfort, this may be the resultant healing rather than bone formation.
