see your doctor: It sounds like an infection anytime you have pus coming out.  You may also be contagious especially if it turns out to be a sexually transmitted disease.  Your doctor can make the diagnosis, check your labs and recommend treatment.  Try not to pick at it and cause it to spread.

You may want to monitor when they appear, for instance, if they occur around the time you shave. Some basics: Ringworm of the scalp is a deep infection within the hair roots.No topically applied cream/lotion will reach the depth required for a cure. It is not a worm but a fungus. Why anyone would use a worm medicine for this is confusing. These fungal infections can become secondarily infected by staph or strep. Cure may require a prescribed oral anti-fungal for a month along with an antibiotic.

There is a chance they are warts but not likely at your age.

If the rash is in any way panful or the white spots spread please find a way to get to a school nurse or a clinic where you can privately have this evaluated at. Your pediatrician is also likely to know what to do.

If it is in just one part of your mouth it could be herpes simplex (the virus that causes fever blisters).  Stop any new products, use only unscented products for sensitive skin and if the condition is no better in 2-3 days or is getting worse, get seen by a doc.
