i have not had any symptoms of chicken pox but i have red bumps on my chest stomach neck and bavk . could it be chicken pox. they are not pimbles.

See a doctor: There's always the possibility it may be chickenpox, and you should get it evaluated soon by a doctor to see if you need treatment.  Chickenpox in an adult is often associated with a more severe course than in childhood.

Red bumps: The rash you are describing could be one of a number of things.  Non itchy, to mildly itchy rashes on the chest can be associated with viruses (which resolve on their own), or can be a form of a more chronic skin condition.  If the rash does not resolve spontaneously, or if it worsens it is best to see your physician.

Dermatitis: There are many causes of itchy skin rash; there is no way to even guess. Probably not serious, but see your doctor and take it from there. Or see a dermatologist.

my 3 & 6 yr olds both got some red bumps on stomach and slowly spread to chest and arms and face. they do not become blisters. they also don't itch.

Should see a derm: Either a type of eczema, or possibly a type of wart called molluscum, which seems most likely.A dermatologist should be able to sort out.

Many causes: Depending on the type of your rash the cause varies from a viral infection to hives, you need to have a doctor look at it and determine what is the problem.

Could be: It could be "hot-tub folliculitis" which typically goes away on its own if a person stays out of the hot tub until the rash is gone. Rashes are hard to describe and to visualize in words, so a doctor would have to examine the rash to tell what it really could be.
