Tub: It is possible to be having a problem from a hot tub (heat related urticaria and rarely excessive chorine in the water.

Infection: Hot tub folliculitis is caused by a bacteria, pseudomonas aeruginosa, that grows in the hot water when chlorination is inadequate. Your can treat foliiculitis with otc antibacterial creams or washes or you can try dilute vinegar on the skin. Get that hot tub water tested & don't go back in until you and the tub are in good health.
