i have a big red bump/pimple on the bottom, inside of my nostril it is swollen and hurts how do i get rid of it fast?

Ouch!: Cysts and pimples inside the nose are painful, aren't they?  Avoid squeezing or pushing on it.  Warm moist compresses (somewhat difficult in this spot) can help encourage drainage.  Swabs with Qtip smeared with antibiotic ointment twice daily can help reduce infection.  NSAIDs such as Motrin or Advil (ibuprofen) can help for pain and inflammation.

Ideas: This is likely a oil gland infection at the base of a hair root, (folliculitis).Applying moist heat will sometimes improve circulation enough that it will spontaneously drain &amp; heal. If you pick it the infection can spread to surrounding tissues &amp; create a noticeable scar or need more aggressive treatment. Applying antibiotic ointment just inside the nasal outlet can also help.

Skin infection: did you actually see a spider bite you? If not, the bump you describe is likely an abscess. In any event, it should be evaluated by a physician to determine the appropriate course of treatment (I &amp; D +/- antibiotics).

Hard to tell: Without actually seeing it, it would be hard to diagnose what this would be. Differential at your age includes a zit, basal cell carcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma, actinic keratosis, and many others. I would recommend you see your local dermatologist to better evaluate it.

: Pearly pink papules.  Ring of small skin colored bumps around head of penis just beyond the circumferential groove are normal and nothing to be concerned about. They are narural. Sometimes called Tyson's glands, but in fact are not glands. Tend to be more promininent in the uncircumcised penis. Not sure about your small red bump, without picture, but probably similar to Tyson's gland.

Hard to guess: Rashes are hard to describe and hard to visualize in words. Little bumps on the lower half of the penis may be blackheads (comedones) or be folliculitis, which is an infection in the little hair follicles in the skin. Rashes that itch a lot may be allergic reactions or skin infections. A primary care doctor or a dermatologist can evaluate to decide on a diagnosis and talk about treatment options.

However, it is also Category X as it is teratogenic (can cause congenital/birth defects) so women of child bearing age must use 2 forms of contraception (birth control) while taking this drug.
