I have small flesh colored spots in a small row under the head of my penis. i also have a small red bump but i can't feel any of them?

Pearly pink papules. Ring of small skin colored bumps around head of penis just beyond the circumferential groove are normal and nothing to be concerned about. They are narural. Sometimes called Tyson's glands, but in fact are not glands. Tend to be more promininent in the uncircumcised penis. Not sure about your small red bump, without picture, but probably similar to Tyson's gland.
