i have had  red cherry pit size balls in my stool, what is this?

Balls in stool: My first guess is that you have eaten some cherries that did not have their pits removed. Take one out and send picture is you don't think it is a cherry pit. Save for Dr.  You might want to google "cherry pits in stool" and view the images to see what they look like.  Let us know.

hard balls of stool mixed with white/yellow mucous, one hemorrhoid, and some red blood when i wipe at times. no pain at all. what could this be?

This could be : IBS-C , IBD or Hemorrhoids. Internal hemorroids bleeds but not painful. See your doctor to get checked if persist.

Sure: Anything with red dyes or naturally red can cause redness in your stool until all of the material passes through your intestines.  How long it takes depends on the transit time of your particular body.  I would think in most cases 1-3 days.

Persists: Consider seeing your health care provider if you continue to see the discoloration in your stool or if it gets worse.

Rectal bleeding: The most common causes are hemorrhoids or a fissure (a tear at the anal opening) likely caused by straining at the hard stool.
Try getting more fiber in your diet. Also sit up straight on the toilet and see if you can elevate your feet so that your bottom is in more of a squatting position.

Depends: Sietz bath, Local hemorrhoid cream twice a day, stool softener, baby wipe to clean the area will help.No unnatural penetration.

can colonoscopy prep cause mild inflammation and redness in small intestine? i sometimes have loose stools with no other symptoms. worried it's crohns

Inflammation : Bowel prep does not usually cause that , however it is possible.Crohns would cause you more severe symptoms and if it's was   the prep I would think that the inflammation would disappear after completing the procedure. Good Luck
