Tubular adenomas?: It depends on the pathology results.  If you have pre-cancerous polyps such as tubular adenomas, you will need more frequent scopes, yes.  If your polyps have always been hyperplastic, you wouldn’t need a scope til age 50 unless you have a first degree relative with colon cancer or pre-cancerous polyps, which would then have you start at age 40 or 10 years younger than your relative was diagnosed.

Maybe: Any polyp can harbor cancer, and in lynch's even small polyps are worrisome. However, you are very smart to undergo frequent colonoscopies, which tremendously reduce your risk of death from colon cancer even if this does turn out to be malignant. Good luck.

: It means you have inflammation in more then half of your proximal colon probably starting at anastomosis and going distally. You need to see gastroenterologist for work up including labs, stool and colonoscopy to adjust therapy if necessary

Surgery!: I guess you were recommended excision of that portion of your colon for a reason, usually a tumor or some kind of colitis .You may need to be hospitalized for few days. It all depends on the underlying reason for the excision.

Cecum: The function of the cecum is not fully understood and studies. It's the first portion of the colon which holds the appendix. People can live without cecum and definitely can live without appendix. There are some suggestions that appendix may play a role in providing local and may be even systemic immunity to a certain extent.

Depends: Depends on the pathology. Cancerous polyps or pre-cancerous polyps are best treated with one complete operation to remove the affected colon along with its attached lymph nodes. Otherwise one would be subjected to a second surgery if the first limited cecum surgery was an incomplete operation.
