Depends: If you look at any multivitamin bottle, there will be a rda (recommended daily allowance) for the different components. There is very little evidence out there that surpassing rda will treat or prevent any disease. From my field (ophthalmology), people who have moderate to severe macular degeneration can benefit from higher levels of a, c, e, and zinc, but the benefit is relatively small.

Smoothie Recipe: I drink smoothies with protein powder after my workout and as a snack between meals.  Isopure is available with no carbs which is ideal. I use vanilla flavor ,  add the ice and strawberries.   You can add other fruits such as banana or blue berries as well.

SAFE and ADVISABLE: The recommended daily intake is the amount that will prevent obvious deficiency symptoms in most healthy people. for example, the rdi of vit d is 600 iu/day but most adults need 5-8000 iu/day for optimal levels.

Vitamin K: Yes Kiwi would have higher levels than you would want.   You need to avoid Vitamin K1.  Warfarin will effect bone density and can cause osteoporosis and  increase calcium deposits in the arteries of the heart.  You may take vitamin K2M7 up to 100 mcg daily to avoid these side effects without affecting your INR.  Other foods high in K are spinach, broccoli, cabbage, liver, egg yolks and tomatoes

Rx directed by Dx:  Treatment of malabsorption syndromes depends on the cause, so an accurate diagnosis is important.Low calcium levels may result from either malabsorption of vitamin D or to binding of calcium to unabsorbed fatty acids. Vitamin K deficiency resulting from malabsorption may cause bleeding disorders. Anemia due to iron deficiency may be caused by malabsorption of iron in the first part of the SI.

: There is no evidence for your age group that multivitamins have any use as long as you eat a normal diet.  Vitamins are a huge market with no proof of even minimal effectiveness.  The only thing you are likely to have deficient is iron, and some might add vitamin D but that is all.  If you insist then I would check the local pharmacy or food store for the inexpensive house brand.

a bad taste in your mouth.If you take it right before bedtime, it could cause some sleep problems.Most people do not notice any difficulties when taking vitamins. If you take too many, one can have more serious side effects. Discuss with your dr. Before starting a vitamin if you are on medication or have medical issues.
