what causes a coated tongue? i can't get rid of it. i have tried a tongue scraper, brushing my tongue, mouth wash, gargling with salt water. no luck.

Coated tongue can be due to:
•	Smoking or other oral tobacco use
•	Alcohol use 
•	Mouth breathing
•	Low roughage diet — eating mostly soft or mashed foods
•	Mechanical irritation from sharp tooth edges or dental appliances
•	Fever
•	 Prolonged use of antibiotics that may cause  oral yeast infection

what could cause extreme sensitivity to salt?  my tongue and lips go numb whenever i eat foods with salt.

Sensitivity: I doubt there is any other reason for this other than an idiosyncratic reactivity to the exposure of your tongue to salt seeing that you report no other unusual reactions to other spices or foods.

last night me and my wife had sex then she wanted me to eat her so i did. woke up to my upper lip swollen. is that reason why did it happen?

Lip Swelling: this may have been mechanical due to hair trauma, allergic due to secretions, lotions or sprays or even and allergy to semen. If you have not had this before with this activity try and find what was different. If it has happened before try and see what was the same.  Non-sedating anti-histamines prior may be helpful.  These include Claritin (loratadine) and Zyrtec.

i haven't gain weight but my face much bigger than before, i had enough water and don't eat high sodium food, what is the reason?how to make it small?

Fat or water: If you have recently gained weight, your face will be bigger from fat. If you haven't, then you may have swelling from fluid, which can have many causes. Best to see a doctor for an initial check to make sure there isn't a medical reason for facial swelling. (rarely, this is the result of kidney problems,  low protein level, excess corticosteroids, vein blockage, etc.) good luck.

Saliva: is produced during mastication to help in the breakdown of food.  It is a normal physiologic response

im 17 years old and am losing hair in the temples of my head. its getting pretty far back on the right side. i work out heavily and eat very well. other than genetics i cant think of any reason id have this issue. how can i regrow or prevent loss?

See dermatologist: You need to properly diagnose  this hair loss. Should it be the very common androgenetic alopecia, known as male pattern baldness, he will provide you with possibly an oral med along with a topical otc med to help you. However, it just might be something different, and that is why you should be evaluated.

the skin inside my mouth behind my top lip is super sensitive and kind of sore and seems like salt really bothers it. what could cause that?

: It is very likely that you have a small ulcer on the inner side of your lip. Such ulcers are quite common affecting the mucosa lining of the mouth. Sometimes these are caused by virus infection.
They usually subside in 4-5 days. You can take Vitamin-C tablet once or twice daily for 4-5 days and the pain should go away. If the pain is persisting beyond 1 week, you should show it to your dentist.

Sodium diet: See if you can manage salt free food for a few days. If you feel things are getting better that's great. If there is no change (sodium diet free) for a week, please contact your primary doctor.

Allergic reaction: From what you are describing, if the lips and mouth are swollen and itchy then you should go to a hospital as you need urgent evaluation for bad allergic reaction and it can affect your breathing. Not sure if acidic drinks or salty foods are the cause. Certain medications can cause it also. Please get an urgent evaluation done.
