Allergic reaction: From what you are describing, if the lips and mouth are swollen and itchy then you should go to a hospital as you need urgent evaluation for bad allergic reaction and it can affect your breathing. Not sure if acidic drinks or salty foods are the cause. Certain medications can cause it also. Please get an urgent evaluation done.
