Skin care: A skin care regimen may include soap without fragrance, eczema moisturizer and a low dose of steroid cream twice daily if the rash is related to a contact dermatitis or eczema. If there is redness, swelling, fever or drainage, please see your physician right away. 
Avoid harsh detergents, fragrance and products with chemicals or alcohol. A photo log of the rash provides added information.

are objects placed on skin (spoons, metals, plastic, etc.) that stick to skin (chest and forehead) normal, common, or rare?  is it a skin condition?

Normal: What you described does not mean that there is any disease of the skin or otherwise.

am wearing a 4 electrodes event monitor.sometimes the monitor drops off my pants waist dangling above the floor&dropped on the floor once.when the monitor dropped, it pulled down all electrodes which hurt my skin&chest.can this harm my heart&body?

Accepted Answer

No: That type of event monitor is a recording device and just detects electrical activity and records it. The device does not send out electrical signals so does not interact with the heart or other parts of the body. Nothing happens to a patient's body if the event monitor drops, hits the ground, or breaks... other than maybe free hair removal when a sticky pad suddenly pulls off.

my 2 months old keep having rashes on his skin? chest, ears and back of the ears? should i put lotion on them? aveeno (oatmeal) cream from pediatric recommend

Rash: you might want to try to change the shampoo to hypoallergenic shampoo, rather than lotion

what would cause almost my whole body to itch constantly? chest, stomach, arms, back and legs. no rash or dry skin. chest, arms, legs are extra itchy

Itch: Several reasons for causing it. Mechanism  stays the same. Mast cells are specialized histamine containing cells in skin which get triggered by some stimulus- ie food product, detergent, cream, or even emotions like anxiety, chronic diseases esp liver and kidney diseases, certain cancers and graft vs host disease could also be trigger. Need work up and Cromolyn Sodium is mast cell stabilizer helps.

Fungal infection : Looks like you have fungal infection  ,you are going to need prescription for nystatin cream

Unsure: That sounds like Tinea Corporis.  If so it should respond to one of the OTC anti-fungal topical medications.  If that does not work, then see your doctor.

Wart remover: Any skin tag or wart remover should do the job.

why won't the skin on my chest develop a tan?

Accepted Answer

Tinea Versicolor?: Do you have lots of small oval spots on your chest and back that won't tan? If so, you probably have tinea versicolor.  I usually give patients 2 doses of an oral antifungal and its gone.
