Skin care: A skin care regimen may include soap without fragrance, eczema moisturizer and a low dose of steroid cream twice daily if the rash is related to a contact dermatitis or eczema. If there is redness, swelling, fever or drainage, please see your physician right away. Avoid harsh detergents, fragrance and products with chemicals or alcohol. A photo log of the rash provides added information.
