GO TO ER NOW: While this could be an allergic reaction to the mesh, sutures, cleaning solution, it is also very possible of a post-op skin infection called "scalded skin".  This can be life-threatening very quickly and if that is what it is needs immediate attention. Go to ER now - don't wait until Doc office opens in morning - the hours could save your life.

No. Of course not.: Not a good thing to do. The intentional habit of inhaling burning organic material, combined with various chemicals used in the growing and manufacturing of that material (regardless of whether it is tobacco, marijuana, or any other plant) is bad for the body. A healthy-minded person would not intentionally start something burning and inhale the stuff over and over and over.

No: the scar will soften but the fat will not return

Seroma: Majority of time six months is enough time for seroma to resolve. At this point it can safely be aspirated if resolution is not satisfactory. How it should be done depends on comfort level of surgeon. It can be done with or without ultrasound. With ultrasound is somewhat safer.

Post-op swelling: This will subside in 6-9 mo. but will always have thickening in this area due to scar tissue

Healing from surgery: Yes. It is normal. Especially if you have no pain. The area will be inflamed, swollen and need to heal post operatively.

: It would be prudent to consult the surgeon who performed the surgery as hernia surgery should not affect the size of your testes.
