i've itchy rashes on both sides of middle-bridge of nose.doctor advised me to use ziming cream & it got cured.but rashes again appeared.i wea glasses?

Contact Dermatitis?: Red itchy rash along bridge of nose around contact with glasses is concerning for allergic contact dermatitis.  Contact allergens include metals, glues, plastics, rubber, fragrances, topical antibiotics, preservatives, and chemicals. Avoidance is mainstay of treatment along with topical steroid creams. See an Allergist if persistent. Diagnosed by allergen patch testing.

Allergy: Sudden itching could be caused by allergen. If prolonged could be tissue stretching underneath, or interference fields. Interference fields are created due to scars or trauma in these areas. Apply locally castor oil and small piece of kinesio-tape for 24 hours. Use local hot packs over the tapes these will remove the local irritants. The other treatment is to mud pack these areas with k-tape daily.

can occasionally wearing glasses or blowing nose from a cold cause bump on bridge of nose to grow in adults? seems overnight bump on r side got bigger

i have been having problems since changing my glasses. i am not sure if it was coincidence or not but the bridge of nose and the top of my eye hurts. my doctor said it didnt seem like it was a sinus problem. i am not sure what to do?

: The new glasses may be irritating the bridge of your nose. In addition your supraorbital muscle appears to be tense or irritable. This can occur with eye strain,eye fatigue, too much eye strain,too much screen time etc. Are you sure your new glasses are right for you?

how 2 tell difference between sunburn &butterfly rash?i have ctd.got burn on upper cheeks &bridge of nose on cloudy day &all sunny days.fades in 2days

Peeling: The rash from a sunburn tends to peel and flake and heal relatively quickly whereas the butterfly rash of autoimmune conditions such as lupus tends to involve the cheeks primarily and last a long time. There is also a significant delay in onset of the rash after sun exposure which may be many days or weeks. Wearing hats and using sunscreen such as anthelios is recommended to prevent both issues.

Check it out: Lupus in the skin can take many forms.  What you are describing sound convincing for a variation of skin lupus. I would see a dermatologist who can confirm this for you and help in clearing up the skin and giving you guidance on maintenance of you skin's health.

A DERMATOLOGY OR: Primary care doc visit for proper diagnosis is needed at this time. This lesion is not going anywhere and getting bigger, so please have it looked at.

Should be: Ok if you are careful from here on and keep the wound clean use some topical antibiotic ointment and if your doctor recommended, keep a small dressing over it.

Nasal Pain: Did you have any trauma or recent irritation to the region? Sounds silly but you might have even slept on it weird if you sleep on your stomach. If doesn't resolve on its own, see an ENT for further evaluation.

Sinus?: Most common would be a sinus issues; the sinuses are located throughout your skull to lighten your head but can get congested and fill up with mucous and fluid. If the pain is worse when you, say, lean over to tie your shoes it might be sinus congestion or infection.
Is there anything that makes the pain worse or better? Any nasal drainage or post nasal drip?
