Sinus?: Most common would be a sinus issues; the sinuses are located throughout your skull to lighten your head but can get congested and fill up with mucous and fluid. If the pain is worse when you, say, lean over to tie your shoes it might be sinus congestion or infection. Is there anything that makes the pain worse or better? Any nasal drainage or post nasal drip?
