Possible allergy: Without seeing the rash it is not possible to give you a certain answer. Anything from a fungal infection to a contact dermatitis is possible. If this persists then you should have it examined.

Detergent allergy?: There are many types and causes of skin rashes.  Several types of inflammatory conditions of the skin, allergic reactions, and sometimes bacterial, viral or fungal infections can cause rashes on the skin. Insect bites can also be the cause of a rash on the skin.  Have it evaluated by a professional and get the appropriate treatment.

what is the best spray to use on a rash on the foot caused by wearing new socks?

Accepted Answer

No spray.: Don't use a spray, apply otc Hydrocortisone cream twice a day.  And wash the socks, to wash out the formalin that is usually the cause of rashes like that.  If you still get the rash after washing the socks, you may be allergic to the dye they used, or the sock material itself.

i have a rash on my toes.  i have recently started wearing spandex socks.  could this rash be a spandex allergy?

Possibly: Stop the spandex see if it resolves. Also air out your shoes spray them with antifungal foot powder, let dry try and alternate shoe wear as well this could be a fungal infection as well. If it dosent resolve in a week or so see your doctor.

on calves, sunburn like rash, hot 2 touch,  not sunburn  it is under socks and sneaker.get it when i walk a lot, like at theme park in hot weather?

Urticaria: You may be experiencing temperature induced urticaria.  Some people have a similar rash in extremes of temperature.  If it does not resolve try a little Benadryl (diphenhydramine) or cetiruzibe over the counter.

i am struggling with a rash on my hands and feet, sometimes my tummy and back (when it is really bad). it happens mostly when it is warm, or when i wear shoes with socks, or even after i have exercised (especially jogs outside) or washed my hands?

Rash : Could be eczema, or contact dermatitis  or fungus or even early psoriasis. Wash area 2 x a day keep try, may try tinanctin powder in shoes , Could try over the counter  hydrocortisone   or antifungal cream or both ( one in the AM the other in the PM do not cover with socks). f/u/ w/ podiatry/ dermatology

See Doc: Your symptoms are worrisome.  Get your kidney function and heart checked out.  Are you short of breath?  Lasix (furosemide) is not always wise to use just to remove fluid.  Your doctor must find out what is causing the edema.  Sometimes medicines can cause your symptoms.  The rash could be many things including autoimmune diseases that can affect your kidneys.  See doctor ASAP to check kidneys, heart, etc

why are my toes so cold no what matter? as soon as its lower than 75 degrees out even if im in the house (not cold at all) but still with socks on & my toes are never warm?? i dont feel cold at all i just dont understand why my toes are so cold?

: I assume you're not a heavy smoker with severely blocked leg arteries. Your cold toes are most likely caused by vasoconstriction which restricts blood flow to the peripheral structures like toes,fingers,tip of nose. This is an effort of the body to shunt heat into the interior of your body. Low body fat&amp;beta blockers can cause cold digits&amp;some people just have chronic cold intolerance&amp;cold digits

To get the best diagnosis for a rash of any kind, it is recommended to have a doctor look at the rash to confirm and provide appropriate treatment based on the evaluation.
