On calves, sunburn like rash, hot 2 touch, not sunburn it is under socks and sneaker.get it when i walk a lot, like at theme park in hot weather?

Urticaria: You may be experiencing temperature induced urticaria. Some people have a similar rash in extremes of temperature. If it does not resolve try a little Benadryl (diphenhydramine) or cetiruzibe over the counter.
