I have a rash on my toes. i have recently started wearing spandex socks. could this rash be a spandex allergy?

Possibly: Stop the spandex see if it resolves. Also air out your shoes spray them with antifungal foot powder, let dry try and alternate shoe wear as well this could be a fungal infection as well. If it dosent resolve in a week or so see your doctor.
