What is the best spray to use on a rash on the foot caused by wearing new socks?

No spray.: Don't use a spray, apply otc Hydrocortisone cream twice a day. And wash the socks, to wash out the formalin that is usually the cause of rashes like that. If you still get the rash after washing the socks, you may be allergic to the dye they used, or the sock material itself.
