They are common sites for yeast infection cos they are usually more moist and dark (being less exposed to daylight) Begin by keeping areas clean and dry most of the time.Have a plan for weight management. Cut out all white sugar products from foods/beverages. Make water the only drink. Walk.

No: Hi. Welt-like rash is not a manifestation of diabetes. Of course diabetics, like non-diabetics, can get welts, but it's not the diabetes causing them. Are you diabetic? Your BMI is 34.9, and that puts you at much greater risk of getting diabetes than a normal BMI; if your waist circumference is &gt;35 inches, your risk is even higher. Weight loss would be good for you. If diabetic, control it well.

Venous stasis: You may be developing venous stasis dermatitis caused by chronic swelling in your ankles. It is caused by weight gain and high blood pressure causing the legs to swell. Best to wear compression stockings and elevate the feet and decrease salt in your diet. See primary doctor for blood pressure and weight management. It can be reversed so don't be discouraged.

Stasis dermatitis : A common condition causing red rashes on the lower legs is stasis dermatitis. This is usually from leg swelling or edema. Other possible conditions include a vasculitis or petechiae. See a dermatologist to have the rashes evaluated and a work up done.

but the rash has turned brown is the normal? it was very hot weather so it definitely was from heat, and sweating..

Can be normal: It is hard to tell for sure without seeing it (you might need to consider a video consult or in person visit) BUT when the skin is inflamed with a rash there is frequently a period of increased pigmentation/dark color called “post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation “ which May gradually fade (1% hydrocortisone can possibly help).  If it becomes itchy/painful may need Dr eval. Weight loss will help

Weight: Weight normals don't have a lot of scientifc correlation. If you like the way you look and are eating a mediterranean diet and getting regular exercise at least half an hour a day, a few pounds over a 'normal' number won't be a big deal. On the other hand you should be close to the normal weight and i wouldn't let it go up from where you are.
