Yes: The area around the bottom and upper legs is a common additional site of hfm, it just didn't make it to the label when the pattern was being named. If that's the only site and there are no blisters it could be something else. Te variability of hfm is quite diverse, with some having only one area involved.

Allergy: I would want to know if you had a CULTURE or other test to prove Strep throat. Then, I would want to know WHAT MEDICINE you were put on. It's possible you're having a drug allergy to say 'amoxicillin' or whatever antibiotic you were given. There could be other phenomena going on, so I would CALL the doctor ASAP, since you don't want this to get worse. Sounds bad enough as it is. Hope you get help

Athlete's : Athlete's foot is caused by a fungus.  It is certainly possible for it to spread from between the toes to the top or bottom of foot, hands, and even the body. Rash: It sounds more likely that it is an allergic reaction to something.  The fact that it is not on the palms and soles of your feet makes other bad things less likely.  Skin rashes are hard to diagnose and the diagnosis depends on where the rash is, the color, whether there are blotches, raised bumps and many other things.  You can buy benadryl (diphenhydramine) in the pharmacy for itching and if it persists see DR.

Allergic reaction- s: I would recommend immediate medical evaluation including blood testing and possible a steroid injection to abort this allergic attack. Usually from inlation, contact or gestion of a sunstance or chemical foreign to the body's immune system. I would try zyrtec (cetirizine) and head over to the closet urgent care center.
