Allergy: I would want to know if you had a CULTURE or other test to prove Strep throat. Then, I would want to know WHAT MEDICINE you were put on. It's possible you're having a drug allergy to say 'amoxicillin' or whatever antibiotic you were given. There could be other phenomena going on, so I would CALL the doctor ASAP, since you don't want this to get worse. Sounds bad enough as it is. Hope you get help

Get seen: If you were given ampicillin and this is actually infectious mononucleosis, the rash is to be expected. The rash does need to be seen if you're been in the woods (rickettsial disease) or are taking any new medication. Syphilis and kawasaki's rashes often affect the palms and soles.
