Ignore it: Creatinine varies a bit from day to day. You may also have put on some muscle during the season. You take Naproxen and if you also get a little dehydrated, you can actually raise your renal function tests quite a bit more.

Depends: Do you have any symptoms such as dysuria, suprapubic pain, flank pain or fever? If yes, these findings may suggest an urine infection. If no, these findings are seen in contaminated sample, asymptomatic bacteriuria or colonization which is normal. A good perineal hygiene is usually helpful to avoid colonization of bacteria.

Contaminated urine: If the urine was collected using good cleaning prior to urination, then it is not normal.  If a woman does not use a good clean catch technique then the urine can be contaminated from surrounding secretions.  There being more epithelial cells than blood cells indicates that this was most likely a contaminated urine specimen.  The urine test should be repeated using good clean catch technique.

If this is a: SPERM examination , NO its not "normal" This needs explanation from a UROLOGIST since the exact reason for the low motility and low normal morphology may be a number of pre-existing and/or temporary conditions!!

Vaginal testing: It is hard to interpret this test result. It says no fungal infection and no trichomoniasis. Normally testing for bacterial vaginosis, gonorrhea and chlamydia would be done. You can contact the ordering physician to ask for a test interpretation

However, if you are having discharge from the penis and/or painful urination, the main causes are STIs, especially gonorrhea, chlamydia, and nongonococcal urethritis (NGU). Urinalysis is not a proper test to evaluate these possibilities:  you need careful professional examination and STI testing. Good luck.
