This is a normal urinalysis result. However, if you are having discharge from the penis and/or painful urination, the main causes are STIs, especially gonorrhea, chlamydia, and nongonococcal urethritis (NGU). Urinalysis is not a proper test to evaluate these possibilities: you need careful professional examination and STI testing. Good luck.
