Contaminated urine: If the urine was collected using good cleaning prior to urination, then it is not normal. If a woman does not use a good clean catch technique then the urine can be contaminated from surrounding secretions. There being more epithelial cells than blood cells indicates that this was most likely a contaminated urine specimen. The urine test should be repeated using good clean catch technique.
