Lip burning: Your lip is supplied by  cranial nerves , so theoretically any damage to the nerve can present as loss of sensation or numbness &amp; /or burning . sometimes chapped lips  or cold sores can cause it . Lip burning by itself is not a problem , However if associated with neurologic symptoms such as weakness of the upper extremities or slurred speech , it may be a sign of a stroke . Call 911 .

Hard to say...: Especially if the lips look normal.  This is not a common complaint.  It could be due to overuse of some of the lip plumper type products out there nowadays.   If this is severe or really bothering you i would mention it to your primary doctor.

Sounds like: Unbalanced activity of the autonomic nervous system.  The controls of this nervous system are in the lower part of the brain and are highly sensitive to deficiency of vitamin b, particularly vitamin b1. Commonest cause is poor diet, particularly the sweet stuff.

Facet, disc,nerve: You may have irritated a higher cervical facet joint. Less likely you could have a cervical nerve root irritation or an occipital nerve irritation. Try gentle heating pads, ice, range of motion of your head and neck, gentle stretching, and go see your doctor to see if physiotherapy, medications like antiinflammatories, anti-spasmodics, nerve medications or injections may help you. Need a check up: If you have access to healthcare, it will help to see a provider to get a general check up. It appears that your problems may involve several organ systems. This kid of situation is better addressed with detailed history and physical exam, For instance, back pain may be muscle spasm, watery mouth may be Acid reflux or indigestion, pain under the breast may be breast or chest wall etc

That said, the most reasonable thing, with any new headache or change in headache patterns, is to see your physician to rule out any serious cause of headaches.  Coital headache can be treated safely with medications.
