Hard to say...: Especially if the lips look normal. This is not a common complaint. It could be due to overuse of some of the lip plumper type products out there nowadays. If this is severe or really bothering you i would mention it to your primary doctor.

Vessels: We all have inferior and superior labial arteries. These can cause the pulsations. If there are any irritating factors to the lips and they become swollen - this can make the pulsations more obvious. Be healthy and be well, james m. Ridgway, md www.Larrabeecenter.Com.
