16/ f pulse in stomach, had it years. increases and decreases in speed. left side feels quiet wide can't really feel ends also i'm thin. is this nor?

Probably normal.: it is not unusual for young people to be able to feel a pulse in their abdomen. It usually occurs in people who are thin, although people who are normal weight can occasionally feel it also. It would be a good idea to see your doctor and have your blood pressure checked, but it will probably turn out to be innocuous. Good luck.

AAA : Unlikely.. In a thin person the abdominal aorta can be felt (palpated). But if you have concerns go see a doctor to find out or to be considered for an ultrasonography to rule out AAA. ALL SMOKERS MUST BE SCREENED ONCE IN LIFETIME FOR AAA.

What you are seeing in tissue and fat moving with each heart beat which is normally as the heart moves in your chest with each bet the tissue and fat move as well.  Sort of like making waves in a pond when you throw a rock into it. No worries usually but show it to your Dr. next time.

Are you thin?: Hi. You are NOT seeing your stomach pulse. That's your aorta. And at age 20, it's not a AAA unless you have Marfan's or syphilis (which i HIGHLY suspect you do not). I suspect you are what we refer to in medicine as "the worried well". Good luck!

It can be normal.: The abdominal aorta is a very large blood vessel, and whereas in the chest it is hidden by the sternum/rib cage, in your abdomen it is covered by the intestines and soft internal organs, which vibrate when your blood pulses through the aorta. So yes, if you are thin and there isn't a lot of fat on your abdomen, you will feel/see the faint pulsations of this great blood vessel.

Heart palpitations : You have heart palpitations with rest and eating. Gastric dumping syndrome can cause palpitations usually occurs after stomach surgery can occur without surgery, it can come from nonsurgical conditions.  Palpitations can occur after swallowing.  Very commonly,  emotions can trigger palpitations. Then there is the rare carcinoid syndrome.  There are other reasons for palpitations from the heart.
