Lid effect: You are seeing the effect of narrowed lid opening off to the side responding to each arterial pulse.  This is not an effect inside the eye./  This is a function of the excellent degree of your perceptions and not due to anything that is abnormal or pathologic.

Blood pressure: Elevated blood pressure and rare vascular abnormalities can cause this.  I have also seen it in "normal patients".

Possible arrhythmia: A rapid heart beat with abdominal pulsations (particularly noticeable in a thin person) might signify a tachycardia type arrhythmia (either svt or VT in origin). If large fluctuations in neck veins are seen it could favor VT as te cause given the av dissociation that would typically occur (atria contracting against a closed av valve producing cannon "a" waves. Patient activated monitoring helpful.

Yes its normal: As a result of your hard work from being an athlete, you have developed a strong heart. As long as you are able to participate in sports, and do the things you want to do, there is nothing to worry about.

Angioma: You are describing a lesion that could be a spider angioma. Have your doctor look at it. A dermatologist can treat the center of the lesion with a spark and it can go away. There are a few other possibilities which is why you should see a dermatologist.

Time to see doctor: If one has very uncomfortable tummy pain, and is normally in good health, plus is not pregnant, the possibilities include: appendicitis (usually R lower abdomen), diverticulitis, kidney stone (very painful), constipation (crampy), stomach flu, etc.  Most people with "moderate pain," more than mild pain, may need a doctor's evaluation. Middle-aged (or older) adults may have an aneurysm that pulses.
