Angioma: You are describing a lesion that could be a spider angioma. Have your doctor look at it. A dermatologist can treat the center of the lesion with a spark and it can go away. There are a few other possibilities which is why you should see a dermatologist.

i have a pulsating bottom lip, which happens at unplanned momenta during the day. it looks like white bumps whilst my lip pulsates?

Doctor can evaluate: Random twitching of a small facial muscle, which happens in normal people, is called myokymia (an involuntary, spontaneous, quivering of a few muscle cell bundles within a muscle). Myokymia starts and stops spontaneously. It can last a few minutes to a few days. True pulsations and white bumps sound a bit different, so a primary care or ENT doctor should evaluate to see what it might be.

i have thumping, throbbing, and whooshing sounds in my left ear.   my hearing is slightly affected.   i also have pain behind my ear and left side of my head, without any previous bump.

ENT: Need evaluation by ENT for blockage of Eustachian tubes or many other possible ear or sinus illnesses. May also need CT or MRI to evaluate pain behind ear. If you have sinus problems also need to inform physician of that.

Lip swelling: A pulsating bump in the lip does not sound like a residual from an allergic reaction. If you can get into seeing your doctor first before seeing the alllergist, they may look at it and see what it is.

benign? bump on roof of mouth behind top right removed wisdom tooth more to the inside of the tooth line. painful/occasional throbbing w/headaches. swollen lymph node same side neck and swollen back of neck. had only physical exam no scope/biopsy yet?

Palatal Lesion: You did not say how long ago the wisdom tooth was extracted and if the lesion appeared before or after the extraction. Please see the treating dentist since this may be related to the extraction.

Cyst vs lipoma: A soft squishy bump on your scalp is most likely a lipoma, fatty tumor, or a cyst. Lipomas are non cancerous and don't need to be removed unless painful or enlarging. A cyst may need to be removed if painful, enlarging or infected. Many people have Wenn's cyst on the head which are also benign. Any doubt, get a consult with your physician. Good luck.
