Palatal Lesion: You did not say how long ago the wisdom tooth was extracted and if the lesion appeared before or after the extraction. Please see the treating dentist since this may be related to the extraction.

Benign? : Cannot be determined without examination. It's m ore probable that you have an infection associated with the wisdom tooth. Please return to the General Dentist or specialist Oral Surgeon that treated you for post-surgical care.
